Machine Embroidery Lessons

This listing is for a one-on-one training session with Denise to help you with your historical machine embroidery questions.

New to machine embroidery or Romantic Recollections designs and just need a little help getting started? Does matching up designs feel impossible? Tackling an ambitious project like the 18th century. Quilted Petticoat and need a little help? Get a quick answer for that one niggling issue, or set up a series of appointments for help on a larger project.

Available in 15-minute increments, these sessions are fully customizable to your needs. If you need longer than 15 minutes, please book as many 15-minute blocks as needed.

How to Book

1. Select a 15-minute block in the calendar and add to cart.
2. To book a longer session, simply add multiple 15-minute blocks to your cart.
3. At checkout, use the Order Notes field to describe what you would like to discuss during your lesson.
4. Pay for your lesson up front via PayPal.
5. Confirm your lesson details via email. This will include confirmation of date, time, and method of contact.

Please Note

• This feature does not check a real-time calendar. There is a chance your requested time or date may not be available. If so, we’ll work together to find a day and time that meets your needs.
• Appointments made with a short turnaround (i.e., within the next few hours) may not be possible.
• If you need a day or time not listed in the calendar, please use the contact form to the right to drop me a line so we can discuss options.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• 3 or more business days before your appointment: Simply drop me a line, and we can reschedule for another time. Alternatively, you can cancel the appointment for a full refund.
• 1-2 business days before your appointment:  Send me an email so we can discuss a date and time that better suits your needs. The appointment can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
• Less than 24 hours: A late cancellation or no-show will not be refunded and will not be rescheduled.
• If I have to cancel: If, for any reason, I cannot make our appointment after it is confirmed via email, you will be offered your choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
